1、很多人在给婴儿穿衣服、盖被子时存在一个很大的误区： 就是老是“担心婴儿被冷着了”，很多的老人也在说“婴儿无六月天”，等等。——其实：婴儿既怕热、也怕冷，更怕“温差”，这是由于婴儿的体温调节功能不完善所致。——很多的婴儿感冒，多数是“过热”导致“散热不良所致体温升高”，还有就是“室内室外温 差太大”导致感冒，而不是“冷到了”。——婴儿最合适的温度是：室内24-28度之间，湿度是60%左右。 2、关于婴儿的衣服及睡眠时的被子，基本原则是：——材料上请采用纯棉衣被。 （1）衣服要“宽”、“松”、“全”，不要“多”、“紧”、“堆”：——即：不要太紧，同时也会全部覆盖到，很多的家长都是“穿一堆”结果肚子露出来，最好是采用类似“褛”或“长袍”的婴儿服，一件衣服从上到下全部覆盖到。 （2）被子要“轻”、“薄”、“透”，不要“重”、“厚”、“捂”：——即，如果室温不低于20度，则一张“空调被”即可，同时也只穿一件“袍”睡眠。同时也要考虑透气，如果是低于20度的室温，可以有暖气等设备调温度调温，如果太干可以在室内放一些湿毛巾以保湿，而不要在盖被子上（这个很重要）。 （3）在室内外有较大温差时，不要老是来回抱，这种温差最容易使婴儿感冒。
