比賽場上，我一口氣沖到跳板上，使勁一躍，跳了很遠，可是卻犯規了，這讓我心情很低落。我的好朋友對我說：「加油，不要放棄啊！」這時，我又變得堅強起來。再次起跑，踩在跳板，使勁一跳。這次沒有犯規，但跳得不遠。第三次時，我看到朋友鼓勵的目光，剎那間，我感到了責任重大，不管有多大困難，我一定要加油。我鼓足勇氣，使勁一躍，成功了！我取得了第一名的好成績。
這全靠我的好朋友，是她鼓勵我，讓我有了前進的動力。
