「同心圓夢，美麗中國行」的活動是在中央統戰部、國家民委、國資委、全國政協等國家四部委指導下開展的一項大力發展和扶持民族文化的活動，全球華人齊心協力共建中華民族共同體，共圓中華民族偉大復興的中國夢！
本次大賽具有開創性的突破：開創了「國服設計、綉品展示、旗袍走秀」三項大賽同台競技的先例；開創了以「一位海外華僑講述母親的故事」貫穿全場的先例；開創了以「至尊、華麗、優雅為各年齡段」競賽的先例，讓整場大賽高潮迭起，精彩紛呈。
