怎樣去頭屑最有效？這是很多人在日常的頭發護理中經常會遇到的問題。頭皮屑看似不起眼，可是如果滿頭都是頭皮屑，不僅會影響到個人的生活，甚至還會影響到個人的形象。怎樣有效去頭屑？

頭皮屑多的原因

頭皮屑是頭皮表皮細胞新陳代謝自然產生的，頭皮健康時脫落的細胞是我們不易察覺的粉末，當頭皮出現問題時，表皮層沒有成熟就脫落了，表現為頭皮屑。臨床上頭皮屑增多伴有脫發，一般考慮可能為脂溢性皮炎或銀屑病，需要看皮膚科門診來鑒別診斷。銀屑病的病因不明，脂溢性皮炎與飲食習慣不佳、嗜酒、內分泌失調、缺乏維生素，或者頭皮局部受化妝品、染發劑等刺激有一定關系。

六大妙招輕松去除頭皮屑

1、選用適合自身的洗發水

有些人對某種洗發水會出現過敏的症狀，表現就是頭屑增多，並且伴隨有頭皮瘙癢的狀況，這個時候可以嘗試換一種洗發水，看看你情況有沒有得到緩解。此外還有很多的美發用品也會導致接觸性皮炎的發生，如：染發劑、燙發劑等等對頭皮的傷害都是十分的大。

2、經常洗頭發

常洗頭發，必要時，天天洗。一般而言，你愈常洗頭發，愈容易控制頭皮屬。使用溫和的洗發精通常，量和、無葯性的洗發精即足以控制此問題。頭皮屑經常由於頭皮油脂分泌過旺所致。用溫和的洗發精，加等量的蒸餾水稀釋；可以控制油脂分泌，且不刺激頭皮。

3、合理的清潔頭皮

首先要用溫水洗頭，避免水溫太燙會導致刺激到頭皮。然後選擇具有殺菌功效的洗發水。洗發水要現在手掌心抹到起泡以後再放到頭發上，減少對頭皮的刺激，另外切忌用指甲大力的抓頭皮，應該用指腹慢慢的對頭皮進行按摩，最後洗頭的次數應該不要太頻繁，會導致刺激皮脂的分泌。

4、保持良好的生活習慣

首先睡眠要充足，成年人每天應睡夠8個小時。此外，不能讓自己太累，經常放鬆下精神。其次，經常鍛煉身體，增加體抗力。

5、菊花葉去皮屑

用菊花葉子40片，清洗干凈後放入鍋中，加入適量的清水煎煮，煮成綠色的汁液後，放涼，然後放入瓶中保存。使用時，直接用這種汁液來清洗、按摩頭皮即可。菊花葉子中含有特殊的精油成分，用菊花葉煮成的汁液來清洗頭發，可以有效抑制頭皮屑的生長。
